These pages were written on the train to Dover. She wasn't going to come but then she did, but only as a friend. We were going to a bonfire my friend Emily was hosting. I was quite depressed.

Friday 30th November 2007 (pp1372-1379)

More desperate frustration in the scribbles slashed across pages and margin words. But somehow I forced myself to write something.

Thursday 29th November 2007 (pp1363-1371)

I was very upset and distressed because she said we couldn't be together anymore, not like that. The last few pages show my frustration in the margins and there are a few autobiographical asides.
